The building is from 1872, and its recent renovation has earned it first place in the Colony's building renovation competition. Each room has a private and "green" balcony that faces a street full of energy, restaurants, and pubs. Meals at the Templars Boutique Hotel are served at the "Fattoush" restaurant-coffee shop, located adjacent to the hotel – in a beautiful and unaffected corner, full of greenery, pleasantness, and aromas from the traditional Arab-Mediterranean kitchen, alongside seafood and various alcoholic beverages.
